Finally we get around to running the women’s pound 4 pound best of the decade poll. Way way back at the start of quarantine we ran a series of votes to get peoples favourite athletes of the decade in each weight category, and now we’ve thrown each of the finallists into the mix.

I’m delighted to welcome Melissa Budiarto, of the Judo Edit podcast, to the show, and we race through talking about her Judo journey, podcasting, before finally discussing the best Judoka of the last 10 years.
