This week we are joined by British Judo’s world bronze medallist and Paris Olympian Emma Reid. We talk through how she joined the British Judo performance programme, the rollercoaster last 3 years with highs in winning Commonwealth Games Gold, that incredible Worlds performance earlier this year, Olympic selection and the low of disappointment in her result in Paris. Finally we talk about how she's already approaching the LA cycle.
